(Please be noted that the industry attachment is subject to the academic performance of the students and meeting the selection criteria, guidelines and policies set by PSB Academy. Documents Required :

The following documents required for admission & visa, if not in English then copy of original + translated in English. All documents copies must be notarized attested..

PSB admission form completely filed by student.
Entry fee (S$ 180/- -) bank draft or Bank “TT” in the name of PSB Academy, Singapore.
Birth certificate.
Two sets of Singapore visa application forms (V16+V36) duly filled by student.
Two passport size photographs.
