During the period that Dr. Noman Shahid worked under me , I had the great pleasure of seeing him blossom from a research trainee at the beginning, into a fully functioning Research Student Group coordinator, in final two years with the College. This was the last position he held before moving on to USA for gaining more experience in Dentistry.
Noman is a hard-working self-starter who invariably understands exactly what a project is all about from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. During her two years in the student research coordinator, I cannot remember an instance in which he missed a major deadline. Often he brought projects in below budget, and a few were even completed ahead of schedule. He worked as Teaching Assistant for two years & also he got GPA of 4.0 in his all 4 years career of dentistry which truly reflects his academic outstanding. He was awarded a certificate of excellence from Deans Office which is the highest academic award in Baqai Dental College. 
Noman is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who was frequently able to come up with new and innovative approaches to his assigned projects. He functioned well as a team leader when required, and he also worked effectively as a team member under the direction of other team leaders.
On the interpersonal side, Noman has superior written and verbal communication skills. He gets along extremely well with staff under his supervision, as well as colleagues at his own level. He is highly respected, as both a person and a professional, by colleagues, patients, students & teachers alike.
