1. Two passport size photograph (original) Copies not acceptable
2. Passport 

• All Passport has to be valid for at least 6months and above (ICA ruling) to apply for student pass

3. Birth Certificate

• Copy of birth cert can be faxed over and student are required to send the photocopy to us

• If student's birth cert. does not have both parent's names, family or household record has to be produced.
  Or

• Affidavit show mother and father name, there dates of Births & Occupation
  If the birth certificate is in Urdu than a translation and photocopy of the birth certificate in urdu has to provide.

4. Educational Certificate & Transcript 

• Students has to produce all the education certificate and transcript.
  Eg: Matric, Intermediate and graduation certificate and transcript.

• If the student can’t produce cert and waiting for cert from university asked the student to write a letter.

• If there is a gap in education asked students to write a letter to indicate what he was doing at that time.

• Matured student have to produce a letter which show where he was working and at what the nature of the job.

5. Financial Statement

• If the parents (father or mother) is the sponsors than they have to 
  provide a bank Statement of last 6 months or Bank Letter

• If any other person is the sponsor that the person has to provide a letter that he will bear all the expenses of the student in Singapore and a bank statement.

6. Immigration Form

• Please collect Visa Forms from SCS Office & fill in,
  Form 16, V-39 & V-36

 

PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION & VISA

The procedures are as follows:

• The students would be interviewed by the SCS Office

• Successful students would be given a letter of offer on the spot or within 1 week.

• A total sum of Singapore $624 ($260 registration fee + $364 student pass processing fee) would be obtained from the student for his/her processing. ( I S$ = Rs 34 ) 

• The relevant documents (eg. Registration Form etc.) should be given to Informatics to expedite the processing.

• Upon the approval of the student pass, the SIR would inform Informatics Singapore.

• The students overseas would be informed by the school via an invitation letter together with the letter from SIR.

• Informatics Singapore would make prior arrangements to receive the students from the airport.

• The students can choose to stay in a hostel we recommend or with their relatives.

• Students make the first installment course fees once in Informatics Singapore.

• The social visit pass would then be converted into student pass.

• Student starts studying at Informatics Singapore.
  

Registration Fee & Student Pass processing fee, is (S$260 + S$364 = $624.00(Singapore dollars). This can be done by TT bank draft. Details of TT bank draft are as follows:
