The application forms, in triplicate, duly filled and
signed, have to be submitted personally at the visa counter of the Embassy
and should be accompanied by an original and three copies (one set in each
visa application form), of the following documents.

Your present national passport (valid at least for the
expected duration of the study) as well as all eventual previous
passports, and three recent photographs (passport size).

Copy of the letter from the school or university in
Switzerland confirming your admission. The school/university should fax
directly to the Embassy the admission letter along with confirmation of
payment of fee.

Your Curriculum Vitae (bio-data) and school certificates.

Affidavit from the person supporting the studies and
documentary evidence regarding the present financial condition and
occupation of the same, such as bank statements for last six months,
income tax return papers, salary papers etc.

The visa officer of the Embassy reserves the right to
request and applicant are true and correct, that he/she has proven the
capacity of fulfilling the proposed studies, and that he/she will leave
Switzerland by his/her own means immediately after the end of the studies,
the application will be forwarded for approval to the Swiss Immigration
Authorities. Please note that the procedure may take up to three months.
You are therefore, requested to apply timely.

The visa will be issued after the authorisation of the
Swiss Immigration Authorities has been received by the Embassy.

As you know, the cost of living in Switzerland is very
high. Therefore, the Swiss Immigration authorities at he border, may
request you to prove that you have sufficient financial means to cover
your expenses during the whole period of your stay in the country.

Please also note that the Swiss Immigration Authorities
are at any time entitled to cancel or shorten without prior notice any
kind of Swiss visa issued abroad. This will especially be the case when
the conditions for obtaining a visa abroad are no longer met by the
immigrant at the time when he/she is entering Switzerland.

Visa applications will be received at the Embassy on
Tuesday and Thursday (excluding public holidays) from 09:00 a.m. to 11:00
a.m.

Visa fee will be charged (for remitted visa only) in
Pakistani Currency equivalent to CHF 40.- (PKR 1’720.-) for adults and CHF
20.- (PKR 860.-) for single person below 18 years.
