Reasons Of Refusals & Possible Appeal Documents

Appeal Procedure: Visa Refused intimation by Consulate Or checked online at www.justice.ie ( Go to Site Guide → Visas → Decision Link → Latest Decisions )
Refusal letter comes WITHOUT reason of refusal & you can send email to VISAMAIL@JUSTICE.IE to get reasons. But quickest way is to see reasons ONLINE.
After getting reasons, kindly send as much supporting documents as you can to SCS Office. You can check your visa status at www.myscs.org & then click on check status.

OB No obligation to return to home country – No social, economic or professional ties	Visa officer not satisfied that student will come back to Pakistan after completion of his/her studies in Ireland	1. Job offer from any Pakistani company in the field in which student is going with joining date, salary & designation of student, once he will return to Pakistan. (Sample at website). Must be on original letterhead with signed & stamped company letter. Or if student is already doing job in Pakistan, a leave letter from company stating that it is giving leave to applicant for the duration of course & will accommodate him again on his return from Ireland 2. Family detail of student ( Copy of Father’s B Form translated in English ) 3. A letter from Student Sponsor that he is doing business in Pakistan & on students return to Pakistan, student will join hands with him to support in business. It can be on sponsor business letterhead 4. If student is married, a copy of his translated Marriage Certificate & his B Form showing wife & kids if any. 5. A statement of purpose from student of one page stating the strong reasons that why he will return to Pakistan after completion of his studies
OC Observe conditions of Visa; student may overstay & work illegally	Visa officer thinks that student is not a genuine one. He is coming to work & can stay illegally in Ireland or EU	1.Provide your complete CV / Biodata updated until the current month 2.A recommendation Letter from the teacher of last College you attended stating that your academic performance was good & you are genuinely motivated student seriously looking to go abroad ( Sample at SCS web site) 3.Sponsor documents & his last 6 month Bank Statement 4.A statement of purpose from student of one page stating the strong reasons that why he will return to Pakistan after completion of his studies & what are strong points showing that he is ONLY going for studies & NOT for job (Strong study history with good grades, strong financial support from sponsor, Genuine reasons to come back to Pakistan, NO RELATIVES In Ireland / UK )
ID Insufficient Documentation with visa file	There is any document missing which will be mentioned in reason as : ID ( Missing document )	Please provide us missing document – For example if its written ID ( Bank statement ) , kindly provide up to date 6 month bank statement
SP Student Profile	Visa office thinks that there is some problem in your educational history which can be 1. Low English( No IELTS/TOEFL; Marks in English subject less than 50%; No English subject in highest qualification ) 2. Long gaps in education history 3. Irrelevant educational background as compare to the course you admitted in Ireland 4. D/E grades in past record 5. Stars / failures in past record 6. Educational mark sheets without signatures / doesn’t look genuine 7. Qualifications from non recognized Colleges 8. Overqualified for the course in which you took admission in Ireland	Low English: Provide any of the following docs. IELTS / TOEFL score report, English proficiency Letter from College last attended; Any English course you did in past 6 months ; a letter from your company ( if you are doing job) stating that means of communications in company is ENGLISH & all workings are conducted in professional English ; A letter from Irish College that there staff / agent interviewed you & found you good in spoken / written English Long Gaps in CV Provide experience letter / educational docs. That what you was doing during that gap. Submit new CV with no gap shown Irrelevant Course Provide a one page essay / statement that why you selected that course & how this course will be beneficial for you in your future career. Try to prove relevancy of course you took admission with last qualification you got from Pakistan. D/E grades in past record Provide latest educational qualification with improved scores; A letter from your teacher stating that you were weak student in start but later on improved yourself considerably; Student essay from you on 1 page stating that why you scored in low in start & how you improved a lot later on. Overqualified Give difference between Pakistani & Irish education system proving that you are going to right course ( For example – if you have done MBA & going for MBA again or PGD in Business, you can say in 1 page essay that Pakistani MBA is not accepted abroad so you want to do a good MBA from abroad
F Finances	Any one of following is objection 1.Old Bank statement 2. Bank Statement with low end balance 3. No Bank statement found 4.Bank statement you submitted was only of last 2 months No proof of business found for sponsor Only Bank letter provided instead of complete last 6 months bank statement	Please provide the relative document For example. If old bank statement is the objection, provide new updated latest last 6 months bank statement of your sponsor duly signed by bank officer with visiting card of officer attached
VR Previous Refusal	You was refused from UK / US / EU Embassy in past	If you were refused by UK / US / EU embassy for study / visit visa in past, kindly provide the refusal letter in which there were given reasons of refusal. Provide documents against those reasons. Also you can submit application stating that why you were refused in past by other embassy that why you think that you overcome the objections raised by
